Player Support
Something broken, missing, or confusing? I'm a solo developer, so your message reaches me directly, no ticket queue and no bots in between.
1. Get in touch
Email maceo07102@gmail.com for anything at all: a bug, a crash, a purchase that didn't arrive, lost progress, a request to delete your data, an accessibility problem, or an idea you'd like to see in the game. Write in English or French, whichever you prefer.
I'm one person building these games, so I can't offer 24/7 live support, but nothing gets ignored. If you haven't heard back after a few days, check your spam folder and then send a reminder, some replies do get filtered.
2. Reporting a problem
The more of this you can include, the faster I can fix it. Don't worry if you can't answer everything, send what you have:
- Which game, and the version number shown in its settings or title screen.
- Your device and OS, for example "iPhone 13, iOS 18.2" or "Pixel 7, Android 15".
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- Steps to reproduce it, if you can make it happen again.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, which is often worth more than a paragraph.
- Your in-game name or player ID, if the game shows one, so I can find your data.
For a crash, it also helps to know whether it happens every time or only occasionally, and whether it started after a specific update.
3. Games I support
These are the titles I publish under my own developer accounts, so support for them comes to me:
-
Dungeon King
Roguelike Deck-builder
-
Spaceball
Trading Card Game
-
Top 100
Web Party Game
Games still in development, and anything you're testing in a beta or playtest build, are covered too. Use the same address.
4. Purchases and refunds
A purchase didn't unlock
First try Restore purchases in the game's settings, while signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with. That resolves most cases, including after a reinstall or a new device. If it doesn't, email me your store receipt (the emailed confirmation from Apple or Google) and I'll sort it out.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, not by me, so I can't issue one directly:
- App Store — reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play — request a refund on Google Play
If a refund is refused and you think a bug is the reason you're asking, tell me what happened. I'll look into it and back you up with the store where I can.
Subscriptions
Any subscription is managed in your store account, under Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings or Google Play settings. Cancelling there stops future renewals and keeps your access until the current period ends.
5. Progress and accounts
Where a game saves your progress in the cloud, signing back into the same account restores it. Progress kept only on the device is lost if you uninstall the game or reset the device, so a cloud sign-in is worth doing early.
Lost a run, a purchase, or a whole save after an update? Email me before reinstalling. Reinstalling can overwrite local data that I might otherwise have been able to recover. Send your in-game name or player ID and roughly when things went wrong.
6. Your data
What my games collect, and why, is set out in the privacy policy. You can ask me at any time to:
- Send you a copy of the data tied to your account.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your account and the data attached to it.
Email maceo07102@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, or include your in-game name, and say which game it concerns. I'll confirm within 30 days, free of charge.
Deletion is permanent: progress, purchases tied to the account, and leaderboard entries go with it, and they can't be restored afterwards.
7. Ads and consent
Free-to-play games may show ads. You can reset your advertising identifier or turn off ad personalisation in iOS under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, or in Android under Settings › Google › Ads. In the EU, UK, and Switzerland, games serving ads show a consent prompt on first launch, and you can change your answer later from the game's settings.
Rewarded ad didn't pay out its reward? That's usually a dropped network connection at the wrong moment. Tell me the game and roughly when it happened and I'll credit you.
8. Games published by someone else
Some of the titles on this site I built as lead developer for a publisher, including Joking Hazard and Frosthaven. Their support, accounts, purchases, and data requests are handled by the publisher, not by me, and their store listing links to the right contact.
Write to me anyway if you're not sure where a game belongs. I'd rather point you to the right place than leave you stuck.
